BiffCMS Updated

It’s been almost a year but I have updated the code on Google Code to reflect the newest version of BiffCMS. What’s been changed?

• Old PHP4 code has been replaced with PHP5
• Custom API has been dropped in favor of the Zend Framework
• Actually works (for the most part)!

You can check out installation instructions here. Work will be progressing on it quickly so if anyone has any feedback I’d love to know.
